Songtheftshipping RP [Rinny x Bakura]

It was a fairly calm day, some time in the middle of June or July. Needless to say, being that it was midsummer, the temperature was fairly high. But thankfully, a cool breeze was blowing, so the heat was much less felt than it would normally be. The breeze that was added to the heavy heat created a perfect medium of weather outside, not too hot and not too cold. With this medium, many of Tokyo's residents were out enjoying the summer season with wide grins on their faces.

One of these residents was a young blonde-haired girl named Rin, Kagamine Rin to be exact. She was simply out and about, wandering in and out of various parks and other hangout spots. She had been fairly bored that day, so she was on somewhat of a mission to entertain herself. She had tried playing video games at home, watching TV with her brother, and even exercising to keep from being bored. But much to her dismay, nothing was working!

So now, here she was, finding herself wandering over to a random bench that was situated in the shade of a large weeping willow tree. She sat down on it, not even thinking if it may be occupied or not, and rested her elbows on her knees. She placed her head in the palms of her hands and stared boredly out across the area. "Geez... Why must today be so boring?!" she muttered to herself.

Bakura was walking through the fairly warm summer day, as he was walking he was wondering on what to do on this day. As he was walking through town, feeling that cool breeze, enjoying it. He noticed the streets were busy as ever in town. He notice children playing in the park, playing catch with there friends. Bakura also noticed young couples have picnics or walking there dog, or were getting ice cream, he never did understand how humans could eat that stuff, it was always too sweet for him, Bakura was never into sweet things especially when he was a child.

As he was walking around he saw a bench that was underneath a weeping willow tree. He decided to go over there and relax for a bit, as he was walking over there, He saw a pretty blonde girl about the height of 5 foot, she was sitting on the bench, He heard her voice, as he heard what she was saying, Bakura knew she was bored by the sound of her voice not just by her posture. Bakura looked at her curiously. He walked up to the bench that the girl was sitting at with a smirk on his face. " May I join you?"

Rin watched, her boredom ever-growing, as the various people in the park played and laughed. She was somewhat jealous of them, seeing that they were all having fun and socializing while she was left alone and without anything to do. She sighed harshly at the fact, slowly sitting up and crossing her arms over her chest in defeat.

She only remained in that position for a brief moment, soon folding her hands neatly in her lap and leaning back against the wooden bench with her head hanging off the edge. She closed her eyes and attempted to relax, since it was the next best thing to try in order to entertain herself.

But that just wouldn't be happening either, since her solitary thoughts were interrupted by a voice just in front of her. Her head jumped up, and her sapphire eyes snapped open to look at the one who had decided to approach her. She was surprised, to say the least, that someone was talking to her. Not that she had a problem with it, though... "Oh, hi there!" she greeted the other, straightening her posture and position. "Sure, go right ahead. It'd certainly be nice to have some company." Her voice was sweet and friendly, polite and ladylike.

" Hello, Thank you." Bakura sat down next to the blonde, who looked now very cheerful. He thought maybe it was because he there, maybe he was the only person who talked to her all day or interacted with?

He looked at her admiring her beauty, she looked like sunshine her hair shined to bright. " Its a nice day out." Bakura said quietly, loud enough only for her to hear. He leaned back onto the bench looking up at the weeping willow tree, then towards the beautiful light blue sky.

He was glad to enjoy a day without his hikari bothering him, Bakura loved peace and quiet. He liked being with just himself, but once in awhile he loves having a person around him just to talk to enjoy the day with.

The girl smiled brightly at him, extremely glad to have someone to talk to. She had always hated being alone, so it was certainly nice to have a companion. She looked over to him, her sapphire optics staring him down with a curious and gentle gaze. "Yes, it is. It's a wonderful day out..." she replied softly, agreeing with his statement as she turned her eyes to the bright blue sky, enjoying the peaceful sight of the fluffy white clouds.

After that, Rin remained silent for quite a number of minutes, unsure of what to say. She didn't know if she should ask him who he was, or perhaps how he was doing, or maybe just what he had done that day. All of those conversation starters would have sufficed, but she had no clue which one to choose. Perhaps just asking for his name would be good enough.

"So... Mind if I ask for your name?" she inquired from him, her tone sweet and friendly and laced with an almost childish innocence.

" Bakura, Its Bakura." He looked at her with his usual signature smirk on his face. " May I ask,what your name is?" He looked at her with a curious look in his eyes and he crossed his legs, looking up at the sky again. He was curious about the blonde girl. He had an interest in her already even though they had just met.

As he was looking at her, he could tell that she seemed like a happy girl, with a very nice life style. She was basically sunshine in a glass bottle. She also seemed like she could be a evil little thing, the thought of that made him smirk.

The girl's smile only widened at hearing his name. "Bakura..." she muttered softly to herself, tasting the name on her tongue. It tasted quite lovely. "What an unusual yet unique name." She shrugged to herself, staring off into the space in front of her for a brief moment.

Her attention soon refocused on the man sitting beside her after a few minutes, and she smiled brightly up at him. "My name is Rin, Kagamine Rin." When she stated her full name, she chose to say it in the formal Japanese style, hoping that maybe, since she was more famous for being known that way, he might recognize her as the Vocaloid singer. Deep down inside, she honestly doubted it though.
